Agreement to Our Legal Terms
QA Camp, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a California-registered company located at 530 Technology Drive, Irvine, CA 92618, operates the website https://qacamp.com (the "Site") and related products/services (the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a binding agreement. By accessing the Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. Non-compliance prohibits service use immediately.
Supplemental terms posted on the Services are incorporated by reference. The company reserves modification rights with updates noted by changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
Services are intended for users 18 years or older. Minors cannot register or use the Services.
1. Our Services
Information provided is not intended for distribution in jurisdictions where doing so violates law or requires registration. Users accessing Services from other locations assume sole responsibility for legal compliance.
Services do not comply with industry-specific regulations like HIPAA or FISMA. Users subject to such laws cannot use the Services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The company owns or licenses all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content") and related trademarks/logos (the "Marks").
Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws domestically and internationally. They are provided "AS IS" for personal, non-commercial, or internal business purposes only.
Your Use of Our Services
Compliant users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content for personal/internal business use only.
No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
For other uses, contact support@qacamp.com. The company reserves all unexpressed rights. Intellectual property breaches constitute material violations terminating service access immediately.
Your Submissions
By submitting questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information ("Submissions"), users assign all intellectual property rights to the company. We shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
Users solely assume responsibility for Submissions and agree to reimburse the company for losses from breaches of this section, third-party intellectual property violations, or applicable law violations.
3. User Representations
By using Services, users represent and warrant:
- They have legal capacity and agree to comply with Legal Terms
- They are not minors in their jurisdiction
- They will not access Services through automated/non-human means
- They will not use Services for illegal purposes
- Their use will not violate applicable law or regulations
Providing false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information permits the company to suspend/terminate accounts and refuse future service use.
4. Prohibited Activities
Services may only be used for their intended purpose. Users agree NOT to:
- Systematically retrieve data/content without written permission to create collections or databases
- Trick, defraud, or mislead users or the company, especially regarding sensitive account information
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or copying restrictions
- Disparage, tarnish, or harm the company or Services
- Use obtained information to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Misuse support services or submit false abuse reports
- Use Services inconsistently with applicable laws
- Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to Services
- Upload/transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or material interfering with uninterrupted use
- Engage in automated system use like comment scripts or data extraction
- Delete copyright/proprietary rights notices
- Attempt user impersonation or use others' usernames
- Interfere with or create undue burden on Services or connected networks
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten company employees/agents
- Bypass access prevention measures
- Copy or adapt Services' software
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer software
- Use automated systems like spiders, robots, scrapers, or offline readers (except standard search engines/browsers)
- Use Services to compete with the company or for unauthorized revenue-generating purposes
5. User Generated Contributions
The Services may provide opportunities to create/submit content and materials called "Contributions," including text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information.
Contributions may be viewable by other users and third-party websites, handled per the Privacy Policy. Creating Contributions requires users to represent and warrant that their content does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
6. Contribution License
Users and Services agree the company may access, store, process, and use provided information/personal data per the Privacy Policy and user choices/settings.
Submitting suggestions/feedback regarding Services means users agree the company can use/share feedback for any purpose without compensation.
The company does not assert Contributions ownership. Users retain full Contributions ownership and associated intellectual property/proprietary rights.
7. Third-Party Websites and Content
Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") and third-party content ("Third-Party Content"). The company does not investigate, monitor, or check Third-Party Websites/Content for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness and is not responsible for them.
Inclusion, linking, or permitting Third-Party Websites/Content use does not imply approval/endorsement. Leaving Services to access Third-Party Websites means Legal Terms no longer govern.
8. Services Management
The company reserves rights to: (1) monitor Services for Legal Terms violations; (2) take appropriate legal action against violators; (3) refuse/restrict/limit/disable Contributions or portions thereof; (4) remove/disable excessively sized/burdensome files/content; and (5) manage Services to protect rights/property and facilitate proper functioning.
9. Privacy Policy
Users should review the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. Service use constitutes Privacy Policy agreement incorporation into Legal Terms. Services are US-hosted. Users from other regions with differing data laws consent to US data transfer/processing through continued use.
10. Term and Termination
Legal Terms remain effective during service use. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason or for no reason, including Legal Terms/law violations.
The company may terminate use/participation or delete posted content anytime, without warning, at sole discretion. If accounts are terminated/suspended, users cannot register new accounts under their name, fake names, or third-party names.
11. Modifications and Interruptions
The company reserves rights to change, modify, or remove Services contents anytime without notice but has no obligation to update information.
Services availability is not guaranteed. Hardware, software, problems, or maintenance-related needs may cause interruptions, delays, or errors. Nothing obligates the company to maintain/support Services or supply corrections/updates.
12. Governing Law
Legal Terms and Services use are governed by California state law applicable to entirely-performed-within-California agreements, without conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration
Unresolved Disputes are exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. Without this provision, you would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial. Arbitration follows American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules and AAA Supplementary Consumer Procedures.
Absent applicable AAA rule/law requirements, arbitration occurs in Orange County, California. Parties may litigate to compel arbitration, stay proceedings, or confirm/modify/vacate awards.
Disputes cannot commence more than one year after cause of action.
Restrictions
Arbitration is limited to Parties' individual Disputes. To law's full extent: (a) no arbitration joins other proceedings; (b) no class-action-basis arbitration/procedures exist; and (c) no representative capacity Disputes exist for general public/others.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Non-arbitrable Disputes include: (a) intellectual property rights enforcement/protection/validity Disputes; (b) theft/piracy/privacy invasion/unauthorized use-related Disputes; and (c) injunctive relief claims.
14. Corrections
Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The company reserves correction rights and information update rights anytime without prior notice.
15. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Company liability is capped at $100.00 USD regardless of cause/action form.
17. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or demands (including reasonable attorney fees/expenses) from third parties due to or arising from: (1) Services use; (2) Legal Terms breaches; (3) representation/warranty breaches; (4) third-party rights violations including intellectual property; or (5) harmful acts toward other Services users.
18. User Data
The company maintains transmitted data for Services performance management and use-related data. Users solely assume responsibility for transmitted data/activity-related data. The company performs routine backups but assumes no data loss/corruption liability.
19. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Site visits, emails, and online forms constitute electronic communications. Users consent to electronic communication receipt and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

21. Miscellaneous
Legal Terms and posted Services policies/operating rules constitute full agreement/understanding. Company failure to exercise/enforce rights/provisions does not constitute waiver. The company may assign all rights/obligations anytime. The company is not responsible for causes beyond reasonable control.
